The Good & the Bad - what did you like best? What least?

I was really lucky with my Homefamily, they helped me a lot and were extremely gentle.

Teachers and GLS staff were good as well.

The bad thing was to be outside the campus by 10pm, we couldn't start drinking and partying over there. However, there are many hundreds places in Berlin to party, no problem!

Your recommendations for other students

Talk to your hostfamily before you go and treat them nice. They have lots to teach you about the german lifestyle.

One does not simply go to Germany and speaks german easily. Try to speak it in every opportunity! It makes the difference.

Do your homework and go outside. Berlin is an amazing city with lots of things to do and lots of people to know.
