The Good & the Bad - what did you like best? What least?

the staff is complicated in the "Büro" , they did help me but it was really tiring and annoying because of the lack of organistion , and i had always felt that they did all they can to exhaust me before helping it's like they are doing me a favor every time but it is not the job of the "Büro" to do it ? It's the only bad thing in Gls they are just not oppen to help you and always says the same thing " it's really hard but we will try to make an exeption " but it was not something hard i just wanted to cancel my afternoon lessons for a period and maybe sell one of them it also took 3 weeks to cancel them its not normal really !,and when i came back to have them back with my credit note they told me "but you cancelled them 4 weeks ago " i'm really sorry to say that but it was inpolite it was no one concern when i wanted to study or not .

I was so angry about them and thats why i took this time to write this i hope you will understand my concern .
