The Good & the Bad - what did you like best? What least?

The facilities are great. The preparation course for TestDaF hat some weaknesses. You do learn what is expected from you in the exam, but one of the teachers is really boring and doesn't manage to use the time of the class properly to teach everything and to give enough feedback to the students.

Your recommendations for other students

Don't do TestDaF at all, it is a nonsense Exam.
