The Good & the Bad - what did you like best? What least?
I did a semi-intensive course for one week. I would have liked to stay longer but i had other commitments.
What i liked best about the GLS course compared to some other schools was the flexibility. Because there are so many courses running at slightly different levels, it is easy to find a course at exactly the right level. And if after a day you find the level is too high or too low for you, you can switch.
The teaching was very good quality - varied, and correctly paced (at least for me).
The students are more serious about their learning than in some other schools i have attended. This I appreciated, as i would like to get good value for money, and not have the class disrupted.
I do wonder about the wisdom of running 2x1.5 hour courses in the morning with only one break. Concentrating for 1.5 hours without a break is maybe a little long?
And for a night owl like me, I'd have preferred a 9.30 a.m. start.
Your recommendations for other students
I would definitely recommend GLS.
