The Good & the Bad - what did you like best? What least?

I loved the school itself - incredibly modern and pleasant. The facilities were great: there was a restaurant, indoors and outdoors leisure spaces, lots of classroom with all the necessary things for teaching and learning. I loved that you were provided with the material to study (books) and that the teachers, who were both extremly good and nice, would also send you links at home to listen to German. The groups were also very small and varied (in age and gender), which is a great way to learn and interact really well.

Your recommendations for other students

Really use all the advantages of the school. Go on activities, strike up friendships, speak a lot of German whenever and with whoever you can. Try to avoid sticking with your people from your own country, if you're the type to want to speak your language during your free time. Instead, enjoy the enormous variety of nationalities you will find on campus of the GLS.
