Bei einer Größe zwischen 23 und 38 m² hat jedes Studio Loftcharakter und eigenen Stil. Es gibt 2 Kategorien: Standard in Hotel 1 und Superier in Hotel 2. Die Standard-Studios in Haus 4 sind als Maisonette eingerichtet, mit 2 Wohnebenen (Deckenhöhe ist 4.80 m). Alle Studios sind Mini-Apartments und buchbar sowohl als Einzel, Doppel oder halbes Doppel.
